Abstract
Psychotherapy remains a scarce resource for patients, as problems such as provider shortages result in waitlists and lack of timely access. In their academic medical center outpatient clinic, the coauthors piloted use of a therapist-guided CBT website, Good Days Ahead, in routine clinical practice.
