Abstract

This paper studies the conversion of coal to energy vectors (power and SNG) through gasification simultaneously with a chemical looping process from a thermodynamic perspective. Water-gas shift with calcium looping CO2 absorption process is conducted as the substitute of traditional water-gas shift reaction (WGS) with amine sorbents.
