We prove soficity for this family of groups under a\nflexible technical hypothesis for $H$ called $\\sigma$-co-sofic. This proves\nsoficity for group doubles $*_H G$, where $H<G$ is an arbitrary separable\nsubgroup and $G$ is countable and sofic.
