Furthermore, PE is found to mediate this relationship.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Practical implications</h3>\n<p>In practical terms, organisations are urged to prioritise the cultivation of ER and the establishment of an environment fostering PE. Abstract
Purpose
