N-acyl-4-arylaminopiperidines: Design and synthesis of a potential antimicrobial scaffold

Docking studies demonstrate that almost all of them docked satisfactorily into the catalytic domain of <em>S. aureus</em> FabI, maintaining a similar pose as other reported inhibitors. Abstract
