Abstract

Mobile phones are widely used in modern culture and are becoming increasingly prevalent due to their efficiency and convenience in our daily lives. In this age of technology, internet addiction has emerged as another health issue. This study aims to comprehend the relationships between social media use and sleep, psychological health, and academic performance during adolescence. We have followed the PRISMA (preferred reporting items for systematic review) guidelines for this review. We collected the data from three databases: SCOPUS, Web of Science, and Pub Med. From the 462 English language articles, 33 articles satisfied the inclusion and exclusion criteria and are considered for this bibliometric study. The findings reveal a significant correlation between social media use, sleep, psychological health, and adolescent academic performance.

我们遵循 PRISMA(系统性综述的首选报告项目)指南进行研究。
