This paper introduced a new Customized hunger’s foraging honey badger with a Dynamic multi-objective non-sorted genetic algorithm (CHFHB-DMNSGA). Also, the gateway selection is done under two objectives: Vehicular gateway mobility and receiver signal strength, respectively.
