Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are utilised to extract spatial and spatiotemporal features from video frames, ensuring robust gesture recognition. For sign language detection, CNNs recognize static hand gestures, while sequential models built with Keras facilitate the translation of continuous sign language.
