It encompasses a range of physical and emotional symptoms that typically manifest in the two weeks leading up to menstruation.\nThese symptoms can vary in severity and often disrupt daily routines and overall well-being. This study aims to understand how PMS impacts the quality of life of female physiotherapy students.\n Methodology: A survey of 135 female physiotherapy students , having age between 18 to 26 years, was conducted using premenstrual syndrome scale and WHOQOL-BREF . Participants were selected according to inclusion criteria and were made to fill google form questionnaires.\nResults: The data examination was performed with Microsoft Excel 2021. Out of 135 female physiotherapy students.
