Abstract

In the work, an analog–digital integrated signal processor is designed using graphene metasurfaces. Two sets of intersecting resonant elements are used to independently control the electromagnetic waves of two polarization states. Subsequently, an analog computing channel and a digital computing channel are designed. The crosstalk between two channels can be ignored, allowing for parallel computing. Unlike static processors, the computational functions of the proposed processor can be switched freely. This research work provides a reference for enhancing the integration and compatibility between analog and digital systems.
