Abstract
(Abstracted from Lancet 2024;403:44–54)
Women who have delivered a baby via cesarean section have a difficult choice when it comes to delivering a second child: delivery via a second cesarean or attempting vaginal delivery, both of which are associated with some risks to both mother and baby. Recent studies have shown evidence that provider support for decision-making is vital in minimizing risk.
