This study conducted a survey of 388 students studying at universities in Hanoi (Vietnam) from January 2023 to March 2023. The PLS- SEM model is used to test the research hypotheses and proposed research model. Research results show that the Capital factor has the strongest influence on students’ intention to start a business after graduation, followed by Perceived behavioral control, then Attitude, Knowledge and experience. Subjective standards and finally the Entrepreneurship education factor. Abstract
