The data analysis technique uses a different test (paired sample t-test). Research activities include in service training and on the job training. The research results showed an increase in scores from the initial measurement (pretest) of teacher competency mastery in fostering career construction with the final measurement (posttest) of 32.509 with a significance value [2-tail] of 0.000. These results show the effectiveness of The Occupational Information Network (O*Net) Content Model to Grow Career Construction through the extraordinary commitment, hard work and desire to learn of Guidance and Counseling Teachers. Abstract

The objective of the research is to test the effectiveness of The Occupational Information Network (O*Net) Content Model to Develop Career Construction for Teachers in implementing guidance and counseling services in schools.
