The findings indicated that effective ways business education promotes diversity and inclusion are by incorporating diverse perspectives and experiences into the course content; and creating opportunities for students to engage in experiential learning, among others. Abstract

Business Education has the potential of promoting diversity and inclusion in the society. The survey research design study was adopted to investigate business educators’ perceptions of effective ways business education promotes diversity and inclusion. The population comprised of all the 83 Business Educators in two colleges of Education in Anambra state. They were not sampled. Four research questions guided the study.
