The development of an expense system tracking project aims to simplify and robotise the process of managing expenses within an organization. Traditional methods of expense tracking often depend on manual entry and paper receipts, leading to futility, errors, and delays in compensation. This project utilizes modern technologies such as cloud computing and mobile applications to create a strong and user-friendly platform for employees to submit, track, and manage their expenses smoothly. Accounting System is a daily cash management system specifically designed for salaried and non-salaried employees to easily and efficiently track their daily expenses through an automated system that eliminates manual paperwork. It also manages the text in the system and ensures that users can enter stored data correctly. The application is designed to be user-friendly and requires minimal effort. The language we use to develop the system is PHP and MySQL for the database. The purpose of Expense System Tracking is to ensure that your data/valuable data is stored for a long time and is easily accessible by replacing the existing manual system using computer hardware and computer software that suits your needs. The system can lead to a safe, error-free, reliable, and fast navigation system
