The population in this study was 60 people, who were all employees at Perumda Tirta Randik, Sekayu District. The method for determining the number of samples used the Slovin method, the number of samples in this study was 52 people. The sampling method for this research uses a non-probability sampling method. The research instruments used to collect data used Observation and Questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed using quantitative methods, namely Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) based on variance (basis of variance) and data estimation using the SmartPLS Statistics Application Version 3.2.9. that the correlation value (R) is 0.801, this shows a very strong relationship between work facilities and work motivation on the performance of Perumda Tirta Randik apparatus in Sekayu District because it is in the range of 0.80-0.999. Meanwhile, the test results for the coefficient of determination \n(R2) were 0.642, meaning that the influence of work facilities and work motivation on the performance of Perumda Tirta Randik apparatus in Sekayu District was 0.642 or 64.2 percent and other variables besides the variables in this study were 35.8 percent. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test, it is clear that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of the Perumda Tirta Randik apparatus, Sekayu District.
