The total sample for this research was 157 using a sampling technique using a census technique or the entire population was used as a sample. Descriptive statistical analysis to find out about respondents. Validity tests and reliability tests are also carried out so that the questionnaire used is valid and reliable. There is a need for hypothesis testing to answer the hypotheses that have been developed. The results of data analysis show that the competencies possessed by employees can improve performance. Abstract

The importance of human resources is in line with the increasing demands of organizations. More intensive and optimal performance is needed to increase work results and organizational profits.
