Abstract

By adopting a distributional viewpoint on law-invariant convex risk measures, we construct dynamic risk measures (DRMs) at the distributional level. We then apply these DRMs to investigate Markov decision processes, incorporating latent costs, random actions, and weakly continuous transition kernels.
