But in reality it is difficult to grow employee engagement, especially for nurses orientee , this can be proven by the still high turnover of nurses in hospital institutions. This research was conducted to examine the relationship between Clinical Nurse Educator Effectiveness and employee engagement for nurses orientee. There were 20 journals used in the literature review. Journal searches were carried out through three databases, namely EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar. The results obtained are that employee engagement has a significant effect on nurse turnover intention. The things that influence employee engagement are training and career development, and the factors that influence turnover are work fatigue, work shifts, work stress, work load, work motivation and work environment. To be able to create employee engagement for nurses orientee working in an institution, it is necessary to have a Clinical Nurse Educator who has competence and has undergone continuing education. Keywords: Empoyee Engagement, Clinical Nurse Educator, Nurse Orientee, Turn Over ABSTRAK Pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas dapat diwujudkan melalui adanya keterikatan atau employee engagement antara perawat baru dengan institusi tempat bekerja. Tetapi pada kenyataannya sulit untuk menumbuhkan employee engagement khususnya terhadap perawat baru, hal ini bisa dibuktikan dengan masih tingginya turnover perawat di institusi Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan Efektivitas Clinical Nurse Educator terhadap employee engagement bagi perawat baru. Jurnal yang digunakan dalam literature review berjumlah 20 jurnal. Penulusuran jurnal dilakukan melalui tiga database yaitu EBSCO, ProQuest, dan Google Scholar. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention perawat, Adapun hal yang mempengaruhi employee engagement adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover adalah kelelahan kerja, shift kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Untuk dapat menciptakan employee engagement terhadap perawat baru yang bekerja di suatu institusi diperlukan adanya seorang Clinical Nurse Educator yang mempunyai kompetensi dan telah menjalani Pendidikan berkelanjutan. Efektifitas Clinical Nurse Educator terhadap Employee Engagment Perawat Baru Di Rumah Sakit Swasta : 文献综述
摘要 优质的护理服务可以通过受训护士与所在机构之间的依恋或员工参与来实现。但在现实中,员工参与度很难提高,尤其是对实习护士而言,这一点可以从医院机构护士的高流失率中得到证明。本研究旨在探讨临床护士教育者的有效性与定向护士员工敬业度之间的关系。文献综述共使用了 20 种期刊。通过 EBSCO、ProQuest 和 Google Scholar 三个数据库进行了期刊检索。研究结果表明,员工敬业度对护士离职意向有显著影响。影响员工敬业度的因素有培训和职业发展,影响离职的因素有工作疲劳、轮班、工作压力、工作负荷、工作动力和工作环境。为了能够让在机构工作的定向护士产生员工敬业度,有必要配备一名有能力并接受过继续教育的临床护士教育者。 关键词员工敬业度;临床护士教育者;定向护士;离职率 ABSTRAK Pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas dapat diwujudkan melalui adanya keterikatan atau employee engagement antara perawat baru dengan institusi tempat bekerja.员工敬业度是指员工在工作中的敬业度,它是指员工在工作中的参与度,它是指员工在工作中的敬业度,它是指员工在工作中的参与度。 本论文旨在提高临床护士教育者在员工参与中的作用。从文献综述中摘录的论文共有 20 篇。通过 EBSCO、ProQuest 和 Google Scholar 等大型数据库收集论文。员工敬业度是员工离职意向的重要指标,员工敬业度的影响因素包括工作质量和工作效率,而员工离职的影响因素包括工作强度、工作轮班、工作压力、工作时间、工作动力和工作时间。为了提高员工的敬业度,在目前的机构中,有一位临床护士教育者,他不仅具备专业技能,而且还能帮助提高护士培训的质量。Kata Kunci: 员工参与, 临床护士教育者, 定向护士, 离职
