The data used in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was all 80 employees at the Jember Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The sampling technique or method used is a saturated sample. To find out the description of the respondents, descriptive analysis was used. Validity and reliability tests were also used in this research. The direct effect test was also used in this research.
