To find out the description of the respondents, descriptive analysis was used. Validity and reliability tests were also used in this research. The direct effect test was also used in this research. Abstract

The government, which is synonymous with the state apparatus which functions as a public servant in addition to being a state servant, is obliged to provide good services to the community. In a bureaucratic context, human resources will have an impact on public services which are expected to lead to good governance. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work stress on employee performance.
