Methods: The study adopted the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) tool to build the House of Quality to benchmark Karnataka wines with the New World wines. Result: The findings demonstrate that the informative label was given high importance by customers during wine purchases. The wine industry to meet this requirement should focus more, on the factor-crushing method of grapes.
