The primary data source for this research is members of the Language Talent Development department directors who understand the field and are supported by the findings of accountability reports. The results of this research showed that the implementation of the language talent development program, which consists of six areas of activity, takes place inside and outside the classroom, which consists of three stages, which are the introduction, basic activities, and conclusion. The only problem facing the language talent development program is the lack of trainers, language facilities, and supporting staff to make the language talent development program successful.
