Based on these findings, we recommend a multifaceted strategy that includes curriculum enhancement, hands-on coding workshops, peer mentoring programs, and the integration of industry-relevant projects. These solutions aim to create a robust learning environment that not only improves technical skills but also fosters critical thinking and collaboration. The implementation of these strategies is expected to significantly elevate the programming proficiency of IT students at Tan Trao University, preparing them to meet the demands of the tech industry and contribute innovatively to their future workplaces.
