Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the Arabic language development program for the Tahta Syajarah community at UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto based on the concept of George Robert Terry. The method uses descriptive qualitative with data sources from the management of the Tahta Syajarah community with interview and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman.
