In the context of this research, the transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture play crucial roles in supporting teacher performance. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership by the school principal and school culture on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research adopts a descriptive correlational quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 119 teachers from seven schools. The data analysis is conducted using IBM SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership of the school principal has a positive but non-significant (non-influential) effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (2) school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (3) transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture collectively and significantly contribute 42.4% to teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, while the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research.Keywords: Transformational leadership; school culture; teacher performance; merdeka curriculumAbstrak: Kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka merupakan aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar meliputi tahapan merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pada konteks peneilitian ini, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk menunjang kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap sejumlah 119 Guru (7 Sekolah). Untuk analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25 dan SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS).
