It is concluded in this review that it speaks for the quality of both the cooperation among contributors and the editors’ vision that the book was quite successful on all accounts despite the difficulty of its project. The review highlights a few of the book’s arguments in the patent and copyright context put forth in support of two of the main discernible conclusions, briefly commenting on their persuasiveness, strengths, and limits. Concluding with some general words of reflecting, the book is recommended as an enlightening read.
