Demographic and clinical data were collected. A logistic regression analysis was performed to determine whether Lp-PLA2 is an independent risk factor for PSMCI. Spearman's correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between Lp-PLA2 levels and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores. A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to determine the diagnostic threshold value of Lp-PLA2 for PSMCI.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Serum Lp-PLA2 levels were significantly higher in the PSMCI group than in the CN group. The logistic regression analysis showed that Lp-PLA2 was an independent risk factor for PSMCI (OR = 1.05, 95% CI = 1.03-1.07). Spearman's correlation analysis revealed a significant correlation between the Lp-PLA2 levels and MoCA scores (R = -0.49).
