In addition, we constructed a web application to demonstrate the practical use of mCODE profiles in health care.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>We developed an end-to-end pipeline that converted EHR data into mCODE-compliant profiles, as well as a web application that visualizes genomic data and provides cancer risk assessments. Abstract

Purpose: The expanding presence of the electronic health record (EHR) underscores the necessity for improved interoperability.
