Abstract
Pre-eruptive intracoronal radiolucency is a rare dental anomaly with unclear aetiology, generally asymptomatic and diagnosed through routine radiographs. Failure to diagnose and treat it early can lead to rapid pulp damage, potentially compromising root development.
