Abstract

. The article is devoted to the analysis of current approaches to the issue of the educational process at the intersection of preschool and primary education. The authors explore the concept of "continuity" as a key aspect of the successful transition from preschool to primary school. This article reveals modern trends in forming programs, methods, and approaches to learning aimed at ensuring a smooth transition of a child from one educational stage to another. A wide spectrum of issues of the preschool education institution and primary school continuity was analyzed. The author also considered factors affecting the effectiveness of this process, such as teacher training, the psychological comfort of children and their parents, as well as interaction between preschool and primary education institutions.
