Abstract

Real-world vibration happens in all directions and thus it is necessary to test the product in all three directions simultaneously. This paper aims at the key technologies in the vibration control of multi-axis vibration test, hardware platform and software platform of the vibration test control system was built. Based on the optimal algorithm research on the multi-axis vibration control strategy, combined with the constructed multi-axis shaker, relevant experimental research was carried out. Experimental research was conducted on multi-axis sine vibration. The experimental results of connecting the multi-axis shaker indicated that control response power spectrum in multi-axis vibration control is controlled within the range of ±1.5dB.
