A total of 411 respondents joined a comprehensive survey, and 405 questionnaires were deemed valid. The findings reveal that human resource management strategies have a positive impact on competitive advantage (p = 0.000) and organizational climate (p = 0.000); organizational climate positively affects competitive advantage (p < 0.001). Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of human resource management strategies on gaining a competitive advantage in Jordanian commercial banks.
