The political, legal and economic aspects of sports infrastructure development in Georgia is discussed, the positive experience of foreign countries is evaluated and the shortcomings of the current policy is analyzed. The purpose of the article is to promote and help the public authorities and other interested parties to improve the existing policy for the construction and development of sports infrastructure.
