Abstract

The transition to smart factories, characterized by computer-integrated facilities and advanced technologies, has heightened the demand for specific and advanced skills in workers. This multidisciplinary project brings together insights from cognitive psychology research and qualitative field research to present a framework that identifies factors at the individual and organizational system levels for success in smart manufacturing.
