The experimental fish in the study were 24 red tilapia fish which were divided into four treatment groups, which included single aeration without filter, double aeration without filter, single aeration with filter, and double aeration with filter. The results showed that the interaction between aeration and filters had no significant effect (P>0.05) on spleen weight, Relative Spleen Weight (RSW), red pulp diameter, white pulp diameter, melanomacrophage center (MMC) diameter, and MMC cell diameter.
