Abstract

In view of the serious shortage of teachers in the current innovation and entrepreneurship practice education in local colleges and universities in China, this paper conducted an experimental exploration on how to train young doctoral teachers in the innovation and entrepreneurship practice education in colleges and universities and how to play an important role in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship practice education. This paper analyzes the characteristics of new young doctoral teachers in colleges and universities, summarizes the common problems existing in the training of teachers, puts forward specific measures and practices for the training of young doctoral teachers, and carries out practice.
青年博士教师在高校创业创新实践教育中的培养与作用
针对当前我国地方高校创新创业实践教育师资严重不足的现状,本文就高校创新创业实践教育中如何培养青年博士教师,如何发挥青年博士教师在创新创业实践教育过程中的重要作用进行了尝试性探索。本文分析了高校新进青年博士教师的特点,总结了教师培养中存在的共性问题,提出了青年博士教师培养的具体措施和做法,并进行了实践。
