The research reached several results, the most important of which was the existence of a significant correlation between smart tools and human resources management methods and their dimensions in the technical study community. Abstract

We specialize in searching for artificial intelligence tools combined in their three dimensions (Workday, ADP Workforce, WFM) in the field of administrative cooperation for human resources management (distinctive electronic communication method, talent management method, diverse skills development method) in Artica private universities, and the goal of the appropriate situation has been identified.
