Concluding Reflections

Abstract

The final chapter draws together the threads of the study, reviewing first the pertinent points in understanding the processes involved in the production of revelatory texts, and second, the creation of compilations of and commentaries on such revelations. The implications of this case study for a broader appreciation of the processes of textual composition and development in Tibetan religious literature are considered throughout.
