Abstract
In this article we make an analysis of the strategic processes based on the job satisfaction of the administrative, financial and operational area of the Agrarian Banana Association Fincas de El Oro in which we are going to use the dimensions: the nature and content of the work, group work, individual stimulation and effort, working conditions, welfare conditions, which were called indicators in this research that was descriptive of a transversal type, which was carried out at a single moment with the presence or absence of the result variable to be studied and without being altered or replaced.
