Achieving the tasks that were foreseen to achieve the goal of scientific research allowed: 1) by conducting a study of the theoretical foundations of personnel support, establish that personnel management is a specific activity aimed at providing economic entities with qualified personnel who, in turn, are able to perform their labor functional duties qualitatively and at the same time effectively use your potential; 2) having conducted a diagnosis of personnel management as an important component of the modern management of business entities: justify the spheres of activity and management; form and solve key tasks; define and base the work with personnel on the principles of management; apply various methods of influence on personnel; take into account the relevant functions of personnel management in accordance with the theoretical principles of management; 3) after evaluating modern personnel management technologies, come to the conclusion that the introduction of modern personnel management technologies is an important direction of business development that helps enterprises become more competitive, adaptable and attractive to potential employees.
