Partially based results have been obtained, where compensation affects employee performance because the calculated t value is greater than t table (2.108 > 1.734) and religiosity does not significantly affect employee performance because the calculated t value is smaller than t table (1.423 < 1.734). Abstract

This study aims to find out and explore how the of compensation and individual Islamic religious values influences employee performance at PT Bilindo Info Sistema.
