This study uses a quantitative method, using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which will be distributed to PT Bilindo Info Sistema and an in-depth survey will be carried out. Partially based results have been obtained, where compensation affects employee performance because the calculated t value is greater than t table (2.108 > 1.734) and religiosity does not significantly affect employee performance because the calculated t value is smaller than t table (1.423 < 1.734). Abstract

本研究旨在发现和探讨薪酬和个人伊斯兰宗教价值观如何影响 PT Bilindo Info Sistema 公司员工的绩效。本研究采用定量方法,使用李克特量表进行问卷调查,问卷将分发给 PT Bilindo Info Sistema 并进行深入调查。部分结果显示,薪酬会影响员工绩效,因为计算出的 t 值大于 t 表(2.108 > 1.734);宗教信仰不会显著影响员工绩效,因为计算出的 t 值小于 t 表(1.423 < 1.734)。同时,根据同步结果,薪酬和宗教信仰值会影响员工绩效,因为 f 值大于 f 表(2.798 > 0.985)。关键词:薪酬;个人伊斯兰宗教信仰;员工绩效
