This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, involving a survey of student users of SIAKAD. The results show that system quality, particularly ease of use, and information quality, particularly accuracy, have a significant impact on user satisfaction. User satisfaction is reflected in the high average scores and positive perceptions of students regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of SIAKAD. However, there is a need for further improvements in the user interface and the addition of features that better support academic activities. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of system quality and information quality of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) on user satisfaction at Esa Unggul University Tangerang. In the digital era, higher education institutions must optimize information technology to support academic activities. Esa Unggul University has implemented SIAKAD for various academic needs such as online registration, KRS, KHS, and grades. However, some issues such as slow access and inaccurate information remain challenges.
