These insights are crucial for the development of study plans and programs established by the Secretary of Public Education (SEP), ensuring a conducive learning environment both inside and outside the classroom. Abstract

This research aims to generate knowledge about the teaching-learning process currently taking place both inside and outside the classroom through the utilization of emerging technologies in the educational sector, such as media and digital information and communication tools. It seeks to understand how the school community, including teachers and students, has adapted to the new normal resulting from the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in Mexico.
