Key features of modern management consulting on the example of the field of economic security

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности управленческого консалтинга на примере сферы экономической безопасности. Акцентировано внимание на классификации консалтинговых услуг в сфере экономической безопасности по срокам их оказания (оперативные, тактические, стратегические). В результате были выделены этапы консалтинга, логика их реализации с позиций как исполнителя, так и заказчика. Особое внимание уделено сферам управленческого консалтинга с моделированием результатов реализации соответствующих услуг. The article discusses the features of management consulting on the example of the field of economic security. Attention is focused on the classification of consulting services in the field of economic security according to the terms of their provision (operational, tactical, strategic). As a result, the stages of consulting were highlighted, the logic of their implementation from the positions of both the contractor and the customer. Special attention is paid to the areas of management consulting with modeling of the results of the implementation of relevant services.
