Each hospital actively established management frameworks and organizational strategies, including committees and groups, to promote improvement activities. Strengthening leadership systems and supervisor participation in education and training aided the execution of quality and safety measures. Continuous education and training enhanced the awareness of health-care personnel. The leadership of the Quality Control Center and the promotion of quality control circles fostered participation across the hospital. The introspective feedback mechanism promoted root cause analysis and the implementation of improvement measures. The application of information technology improved efficiency and accuracy. Medical centers invested substantial resources in quality and safety activities, with widespread use of information intelligence and technological support. Sharing and collaboration among hospitals elevated regional health-care standards.
