Using concepts of Cultural Geomorphology, the current study argues for the need to develop a Cultural Geomorphology of hazards. Abstract
Cultural Geomorphology attempts to find the relationships between cultural elements and geomorphological features of a region. Such studies have proven invaluable to understanding the interactions between culture and geomorphology and have formed an important part of the epistemology of nature-society studies.
