The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of professional competence and development of professionally important qualities of physical education teachers in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions. The methodology of the study is based on the analysis of literary sources and the synthesis of pedagogical observation. Results of the study and conclusions. The article reveals the modern understanding of the professional competence of a physical education teacher of a higher education institution with specific learning conditions. The author substantiates the need to improve the professional competence and development of personal professionally important qualities of a physical education teacher of a higher education institution. Innovative ways of professional development of physical education teacher of higher education institution with specific learning conditions are proposed, namely: trainings, webinars, scientific and practical events. 具有特殊学习条件的高等院校体育教师的专业能力和个人素质
高等院校学生未来的职业活动将与执行复杂的公务任务(即:拘留、外部和内部检查、押送罪犯、使用武器等)直接相关,其身心训练水平取决于体育教师的专业技能。因此,在具有特殊学习环境的高等院校中,体育教师专业能力的形成和个人职业重要素质的培养是一个亟待解决的问题,需要引起重视并不断改进。文章的目的是研究具有特定学习环境的高等院校体育教师专业能力和专业重要素质发展的特殊性。研究方法基于对文学资料的分析和教学观察的综合。研究结果和结论。文章揭示了现代人对具有特殊学习条件的高等院校体育教师专业能力的理解。作者证实了提高高等院校体育教师专业能力和发展个人专业重要素质的必要性。提出了具有特殊学习条件的高等院校体育教师专业发展的创新途径,即:培训、网络研讨会、科学实践活动。关键词:体育教师、能力、能力、专业能力、教师职业重要素质、专业技能。
