Abstract

The present study explores the students’ response to the cross-culture based construction in teaching listening comprehension at Indonesian Islamic higher education. This research used qualitative approach with case study design. In collecting the data, the researcher used questionnaire and gave to the 34 students as the respondents by purposive sampling. They were from English language program at fourth semester.
