, it is worth emphasizing that the purpose of scientific research is to study the problem of personal effectiveness. In our research, methods of increasing personal efficiency have been identified and analyzed. In the process of scientific research, we used specific and general economic methods, namely: analysis and synthesis, statistical research (determination of relative, average, absolute values, comparison, grouping, correlational and sociological methods, series of dynamics, regression analysis), abstract-logical, unity method historical and logical and other methods of scientific research.
