A pre-test two weeks before the application of the psychoeducation program, a post-test at the end of the application, and a follow-up test three months after the end of the application were performed among adolescents in the experimental group. Statistical analyzes revealed that there was a significant decrease in the social media addiction scores of the adolescents in the experimental group. Abstract

This study aims the examine of the effect of the psychoeducation program developed based on the Cognitive-Behavioural Approach (CBA) on the social media addiction levels of adolescents.
